Reflection (09/11/20)

Today's online session we had to create experimentation on one of the chosen spaces shown above so I come up with the idea of using digital effects on photos and used other photos that I sourced from google images to help enhance the narrative of the original hospital photo. I've used the glitchy effect to visualise and narrate a certain concept which is futurism. I made it to look like a large laboratory/hospital area where Chemists use human genome from different patients to create a new medicine to cure the deadliest virus in the world. This virus is so dangerous that half of the population in the world has been wiped out because of it. The audience will be seated at the back of the rows of seats like a cinema theatre. The idea came up when I first examine the space that our group chose more closely, I had questions in my mind such as 'What could possibly involve? How can I link my object to this space? What would my characters be like?' and much more. So I researched some other images that are visually similar to the original space. When I also think of the word 'space' I also think of the space ship and futuristic concept in my mind. So I came up with the idea of going with the futuristic idea by using halls and barrier locations within images to go with the flow of the original space picture.
